These terms apply when you use this website or submit an enquiry about Aspire Academics’ online Maths classes.

Enquiries are not enrolments

Submitting the enquiry form asks Aspire Academics to contact you. It does not reserve a place, create an enrolment or require payment. Class times, availability, fees and any trial arrangements must be separately confirmed.

Information on this website

We aim to keep the information accurate and current, but proposed classes, schedules, teachers, fees and availability may change before enrolment. We will provide the applicable details before asking a family to proceed.

Educational services

Tutoring supports learning but does not guarantee particular grades, exam results, school entry or other outcomes. Student progress depends on factors including attendance, participation, practice and individual circumstances.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, submit false or unlawful information, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access systems or information without authority.

Intellectual property

The website’s text, branding, layouts and original materials belong to Aspire Academics or its licensors. They may not be copied, republished or commercially reused without permission, except as allowed by law.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Aspire Academics is not responsible for indirect loss arising from use of this website or reliance on preliminary program information. Any liability that cannot be excluded remains subject to applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
